- Designed and implemented layer 2 private MPLS VPN services on Cisco ME3400/ME3600 switches.
- Provisioned and supported customers on Infinera/Ciena DWDM systems.
- Worked with wholesale customers to troubleshoot SONET/Ethernet circuits.
